Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all orders. This must be paid at the time of ordering or at least one week before the event date.

Refunds / Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Once an order is picked up and signed for by you or your designee, it is considered accepted. At pickup, we will confirm that details like design, spelling, and colors are correct. Refunds will not be given for style, shade, or design preferences after acceptance.
We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after the cake leaves our premises, including during transport, setup, or the event. You will receive care instructions at pickup. Cakes are fragile and can be damaged by improper handling (e.g., smudging, cracking, melting).
Please note our cakes are made with Swiss meringue buttercream, which is not heat-resistant. Avoid outdoor exposure or heat to prevent damage.
Store credit may be issued only under the terms outlined above

You may cancel your order up to 7 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date; however, a 20% cancellation fee will apply.
After this 7-day window, no changes can be made, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Minor changes to your order can be made up to 7 days prior to the pickup or delivery date. If there are multiple or significant changes, an additional fee may apply

We do all that we can to make sure that your order is decorated to the specification on your verbal written explanation.
Every order is hand-made. Decorative finishes are done by hand and are subject to the artistic interpretation of our expert cake decorators. You may provide us with a photograph for inspiration and duplication; however, we make no claims for exact duplication of the work done by other cake decorators.
